We anticipate the sculpture will take 18 months to cast and fabricate.

The stories will be selected by the memorial doors committee, led by Domenic Esposito. The stories will be judged based on the quality of the photos, the completeness of the story.

Ideally, we would like the Memorial Doors placed in Washington DC.

Primary funding for the Memorial Doors will be from Donations. The Memorial Doors Project will be funded from donations made to The Opioid Spoon Project, a registered 501-(c)(3) non-profit.

The campaign to solicit memorial stories will be 6 months long. We anticipate a decision one month after the closure of the campaign.
